Auction will be held at 1:00pm, MST, Friday, December 7, 2018 at the property site in Enders, NE

Johnston Real Estate will be acting as the seller's agent.

The auction will be with reserve, with the seller reserving the right to accept or reject any bid.

A 15% earnest money deposit will be required upon signing the purchase agreement immediately following conclusion of the auction.

The sale will be a cash transaction with no contingency on financing. Prospective purchasers are advised to have any financing necessary for the purchase of the property arranged prior to the date of auction.
